Ringside Cafe is a St. Petersburg icon, a classic venue to see your favorite live rock and blues acts with zero pretense, an awesome place to eat great Florida food with lunch & dinner specials prepared from scratch daily, a full liquor bar, and a place to get your favorite beer on tap or in the bottle.

Historic Building:

Ringside Cafe makes its home in one of St. Petersburg’s oldest commercial properties. The structure was built in 1912 as a two story apartment house in a classic example of “Early Florida” stucco construction.  Years later, the building was converted into an amateur boxing facility by the St. Petersburg Boxing Club which called Ringside Cafe’s address home for many years.   Golden glove fighters honed their honed their fighting skills in a full sized boxing ring in the northeast corner of the structure.  The timers office was upstairs overlooking the ring.  Ringside takes its name from the rich sports history of location and is a great place to watch your favorite sports event.
